| 1. Down Payment of

We
at MWD Web Design, Inc. care about our customers
investments in design, programming, and Search
Engine Optimization. Our process is to always
cover your designers costs from our staff. Each
client regardless of the size of his/her companies
project is required to fund 1/2 or 50% of the
Total Project cost for the Deluxe Web Plan. Once
you have secured your down payment our team takes
your specifications. We then move to assigning
you a testing site to view your site progress.
*Billing will generate a receipt for your
purchase automatically and have a project manager
contact you within 2-4 Business hours.

| 2. Detail out your
Project Specifications |
| A
Project Manager is assigned to work with you via
telephone, email, skype, MSN, Yahoo and remote desktop
to gain a feel for your industry website standards,
and take your project specifications. Project
specifications are then delivered to the Design,
Programming, and or our Search Engine Optimization
Team that will be working on your project. The specifications
are analyzed and we begin design on your logo if
you do not have a pre-existing logo. We then finalize
the logo with you and move to home and inner page
creations. |

| 3. Delivery Milestones
|
| Project
Milestones are set based on the complexity of the
design, programming, and/or the length of an advertisement
program. Please speak with your project manager
about your timings and expected milestones and feasible
delivery dates. |

| 4. Viewing and Editing
Your Design in Real Time |
| At
Mwd Web Design, Inc. we are determined to give our
customers a hands on experience. We allow
our clients access to remote desktop to work with
our Team, if the need arises to better illustrate
your website needs to our staff! You work is posted
on our testing pages in real time for you to view
and email edits or verbalize to your project manager
at any time throughout the design. |

| 5. Final Revisions
|
| You
are given 24 hours after the completion of your
project to review and make edits with our staff.
After this time period is up and your website and
logo are complete, we move to zipping up your source
files. *For Clients Hosting with www.MwdWebs.com
we will send your source files and begin upload
to your hosting account! |

| 6. Source Files Delivered
or Uploaded to Our Hosting Servers |
| At
the completion of every project we deliver all your
source files for future editing! If you are
hosting with MWD Web Design, Inc. we will move your
files to our server and prepare for upload after
the final project fee is collected. This is the
final step in the process that completes your unique
experience. |

| 7. Finalize Project!
|
| All
Websites are published free to clients of MWD Web
Design, Inc. Please be sure to click the link Complete
Project to fund your final 50% Milestone upon your
100% satisfaction ONLY. |
